Students with master’s degrees in other disciplines, students with philosophy degrees obtained outside the Flemish community and Flemish philosophy/moral sciences students who have not achieved the required grade may only be admitted to the program after a review procedure.
The application package must contain: (i) a motivation letter, (ii) a CV, (iii) copy of diploma(s), and (iv) complete transcript of records.
In the motivation letter, you should clarify why you apply for this research master and what your plans with respect to research in philosophy are. Specify your area(s) of interest within philosophy. You should also explain which research seminars you would like to follow and why (i.e. clarify how do these choices fit into you overall plans). Finally, indicate at which of the three universities (Antwerp, Brussels or Ghent) you want to enroll.
